Towing Training Details

Please note:

1. You need your own/hired caravan or camper-trailer to participate in our PRIVATE, half-day towing/reversing training course.
2. We are based in PERTH. Our professional instructor will come to your home to conduct your private half-day towing training course at no additional cost if you live (or have your van stored) within 30 kms of Perth CBD. Outside this radius a travelling fee may apply.
3. We can arrange the course on dates to suit YOU on either weekdays OR weekends.
4. Please note we are heavily booked & require FOUR weeks' notice!
5. Please suggest THREE different date options when completing your form.
6. Our preferred training time is from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 
7. No pets or children are permitted. 
8. Please acknowledge that you have read & agree to our Terms & Conditions when submitting your Inquiry/Registration Form.
9. On receiving your form, we will get back to you within 48 hours. Thanks!

Terms & Conditions

TOWING/REVERSING TRAINING COURSE

1. Global Gypsies (GG) will use its best endeavours and make every effort to operate all training sessions as advertised.
2. In the case of a course cancellation by GG, GG will offer a full refund of monies but will not be liable for any consequential damages. 
3. GG reserves the right to employ instructors other than those advertised should the need arise. 
4. No children of pets are permitted on training sessions.
5. I/we confirm that all drivers participating in the course possess a driver’s license valid in Australia.
6. I/we accept full responsibility for the maintenance & operation of my/our vehicle & towed unit during the training session. 
7. I/We understand that Global Gypsies and/or its representatives are not responsible for any damage to my/our vehicle, caravan/trailer or other property or for repairs or towing expenses which may be incurred to my vehicle or towed unit during, subsequent to or en-route to/from the training session or for any consequential damages that I/we may incur as a result of booking for or participating in this training session.
8. I/we understand that we will be liable for all traffic offences incurred during or en-route to/from the training session.
9. It is understood that in the event that GG arranges/facilitates hire of vehicles, caravans or other equipment for a client, the contract for use of that equipment is between the client and the supplier of the goods.
10. I/we agree to observe the safety and other instructions of the authorised instructor for the duration of the session.
11. I/we understand and accept that all bookings made with GG are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations and liability imposed by the other suppliers, some of whom limit or exclude liability in respect to death, personal injury or delay.
12. I/we understand and accept that GG is not in any way liable for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise, of the other suppliers.
13. While every care and precaution is taken, I/we understand that GG is not liable for the sickness or injury of any training course participant.
14. I/we understand that I/we are responsible for any associated costs for the provision of any medical or evacuation services that may be required by me/us during or resulting from the training session.
15. I/we understand that all participants must be double-vaxxed & must comply with current COVID health regulations.
16. I/we understand that GG is not responsible for any subsequent damage or injury sustained by me/us as a result of information or knowledge imparted during the training session. 
17. I/we give GG permission to use any digital, film or video images they may take of me, my family or my vehicle, in their advertising, publicity or on their website or social media platforms. NB. If you do not wish your images to be used, please advise us in advance.
18. GG recommends that you have some form of vehicle/caravan insurance (in addition to third party).
19. Should it be necessary for you to cancel your training session, participants to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your course fee.
20. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, GG shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage or other casualty or be responsible for any consequential damages suffered or incurred by you due to accidents, storms, fires, earthquakes, explosions, embargoes, Government directives, or any other law or regulation, litigation or labour dispute, act of God, war, terrorism, pandemic or any other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
21. This Agreement is and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Western Australia.
22. Any legal conflict which may arise under this Agreement shall be resolved in the legal jurisdiction of Western Australia.
23. These terms and conditions are incapable of alteration or waiver by a servant, agent or representative of GG or by any other supplier.
