In 2007 we escorted a small, and very fortunate group of clients on an incredible tour of China. For details please read our archived newsletter!

Because the tour was such a success and we were all so impressed with the things we experienced, not to mention the warm welcome we received from our Chinese hosts and the professionalism in which they looked after us, we have decided to escort a second tour to this wonderful destination in September 2010.

We will be slightly expanding the itinerary from our previous visit to 18 days, fine-tuning the itinerary and using all the excellent contacts we made to put together an absolutely spectacular trip.

And to make the experience even more exciting, we are coinciding our visit with the incredible SHANGHAI WORLD EXPO!. We'll be staying on in Shanghai after our tour to check it out - there will be more than 20,000 activities at 35 different venues, with 200 countries and 50 international organisations taking part in this unique event.

Highlights of our 2010 adventure will include Tiananmen Square, the Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors, Summer Palace, evening performances of song, dance & martial arts, delicious food, great (optional) body & foot massages, a visit to a panda breeding sanctuary, a spectacular four-day cruise on the Yangtze River, time spent in Beijing & Shanghai, and an endless list of other fantastic attractions. Plus, for the first time, we will explore the fascinating western province of Yunan. Travel will be in a comfy air-conditioned coach with some internal flights. Entry fees, attractions, accommodation & most meals will be included. We will stay in quality hotels & use accredited local English-speaking guides to enhance our understanding of this complex & fascinating country. This will probably be our last group tour to China as we have so many other wonderful destinations on our ‘must see’ list so we really hope you decide to join us!
