Everyone had so much fun on our Karijini Rocks Caravan Safari in May that we've decided to run a second caravan safari later this year - but this time to see WA's wonderful wildflowers! Once again the tour will be sponsored by Crikey Camper Hire.

The Global Gypsies/Crikey Wildflower Caravan Safari will take place from September 1 – 10, 2010 (outside school holidays) - the start of spring in the Wild Wild West.

Our small & happy convoy of motorhomes, caravans and camper trailers will visit all the 'blooming hot spots' such as Western Flora Wildflower Farm, Kalbarri & Coalseam National Parks, Mount Magnet, Cue and Payne's Find. The tour will be at a leisurely pace with plenty of time to 'smell the roses' – or, in this case, the everlastings!

The convoy will be led by Jeremy Perks, one of WA's best Tour Guides and towing instructors. Jeremy is a former Tour Guide of the Year, nationally accredited Eco Guide, experienced 4WD'er and a qualified mechanic who has led caravan and motorhome safaris for such organisations as NRMA, CIA and Winnebago and also leads 4WD 'tag-along-tours' into the outback.

When you join a Global Gypsies caravan safari, you can practice your caravanning or towing skills while enjoying a fabulous holiday with like-minded travellers - independent but not alone. Both novice and experienced caravanners will love this tour! We're not travelling too far each day, have several two-night stops and we'll be admiring some beautiful scenery at the perfect time of year.

Included in the price will be special Welcome and Farewell Dinners, lots of fun activities, national park entry fees, guided bushwalks, star-gazing evenings, caravan park fees, towing seminar, Pre-Departure Workshop and Kit, resident wildflower expert and a complimentary WA wildflower book. The cost is just $1600 per caravan/camper trailer (self-catered) and - as always - convoy numbers will be strictly limited. This safari will be extremely popular so we suggest you book early!
